Cunningham is the local Coast Guard Commander.in the town of Agoura, Michigan.
During the events of The Cremators (1973) played by Jax Jason Carroll
Dr. Willy Seppel introduces Cunningham to Dr. Ian Thorne. Cunningham tells them Jeannie was heading to the middle of the lake when they found her. Later, Dr. Seppel goes to Cunningham and tells him he is worried about Ian and asks him to help Ian, but Cunningham refuses to help. After Dr. Seppel goes missing, Pete tells Ian and Jeannie that Cunningham and him are going to conduct a search for Dr. Seppel.
