Hank is the dockmaster for Antonio Bay, California.
During the events of The Fog (1980) played by Jim Haynie
Nick Castle and Elizabeth Solley walk to the dock and Nick asks the Dockmaster where Al Williams is. The Dockmaster tells Nick that Al probably got drunk and is still out on the ocean.
