During the events of Basket Case (1982) played by Diana Browne
Dr. Kutter is having a date when she is called by Dr. Needleman. Dr. Needleman truies to warn her about Duane however she is more annoyed he interrupted her date. Dr. Kutter is killed by Belial when he shoves her face into a cabinet full of surgical knives.
