General M. Lujan
Background
General Lujan is the chief of the national police of an undisclosed nation. Lujan is in charge of the area where Reyes has his cocaine fields. He makes sure the police don’t bother any of Reyes’ shipments of drugs.
During the events of Cocaine Wars (1985) played by Rodolfo Ranni
Lujan and Gonzalo Reyes are walking along Reyes’ drug processing field when Reyes has one of his workers tortured with hydrochloric acid. Cliff Adams offers Lujan information on Reyes’ Miami partners in order to put Reyes in prison. Lujan sends some of his men to ransack Cliff’s hotel room and Cliff in return demands 2.5 million dollars for the information on Reyes. Cliff goes to the location where he is supposed to meet Marcelo Villalba, however he is ambushed and they are both captured by Lujan’s men. Lujan has Cliff tortured while he demands the papers on Reyes. Cliff manages to wrestle Lujan’s gun away from him and orders Lujan to tell his men to free Marcelo. Cliff and Marcelo escape from Lujan’s prison, but before leaving, Cliff throws Lujan in front of a speeding taxi, killing Lujan.
