During the events of Delirium: Photo of Gioia (1987) played by Serena Grandi

Gioia watches the photo shoot of Kim, Kelly and Christi, while looking through photos from her modeling days. She asks Evelyn if she thinks it was a good idea to mimic a photo shoot she once did, and Evelyn tells her it is fine, though it won't look the same without her. After the photo shoot, she invites everyone to dinner and Gioia, Evelyn, Tony, Roberto and Kim stay to eat a dinner prepared by Evelyn. After dinner Tony leaves with Roberto and Evelyn goes to sleep. After discussing Gioia's dead husband, Kim leaves. Gioia shortly after gets a phone call from Mark who had called Gioia earlier and told her crude comments. He tells her Kim was murdered and is floating in her pool. Gioia looks for Evelyn who tells her not to listen to Mark. She then goes outside, but doesn't find anything and she curses Mark. Gioia goes to work the next day and Evelyn tells her she has a visitor. She goes into her office and finds Flora inside. Flora offers to buy Pussycat magazine and then reminds Gioia she was the one that discovered her and comments that when Gioia first started, she would do anything for money. Gioia then kicks her out. She returns home and Evelyn hands her an envelope with a photograph of Kim's body posed in front of a blown up photo of Gioia. Inspector Corsi and a Detective arrive at Gioia's house and Inspector Corsi tells her he hasn't figured out a motive yet, but he questioned Mark, who insisted the murderer had blonde hair. Mark calls Gioia and tells her the murderer did her a favor by killing Kim and her next issue will sell out. She hangs up on Mark and Evelyn and Tony agree with him and order more issues to be published. Tony takes Gioia to a movie set he wants to do a shoot at with Sabrina and while he is talking to the set designer, she walks around. She is greeted by Alex Worth, who tells her that he has changed. They go back to Gioia's house and while they are having sex, Tony briefly interrupts them. After the photo shoot, Tony tells Gioia that Sabrina hasn't called him back for days. Evelyn cries out and hands an envelope to Gioia which Tony takes and inside is a photograph of Sabrina's body posed in front of the blown up photo of Gioia. Inspector Corsi tells Gioia that Sabrina's body was found by children in a pond. Gioia goes home and tells Evelyn that only one person had a copy of the photo in the background of the murder shoot, Roberto. She confronts Roberto who tells her the negative and other items were stolen by some young men he invited to his house. Alex visits Gioia and gives her an excuse to why he wasn't where he said he would be. Gioia has a meeting with Evelyn, Roberto and Tony and tells them that she plans on selling Pussycat magazine to Flora. She goes to the cemetery to drop off flowers for the one year anniversary of her husband's death and while in the mausoleum, she sees a photograph of herself taped to one of the burial chambers. She runs outside and runs into Tony who tells her he was looking for her to meet up with his girlfriend Susan. They go to a department store and Gioia meets Susan. She takes an escalator to one of the top floors and when neither Tony or Susan answers when she calls to them, she goes back to the escalator and Tony's body rises to the top. A weird voice then tells her that she is going to be the next to die. She runs to the elevator and takes it to the ground floor and as the door opens up, Susan's body falls on her. She then runs outside. Inspector Corsi tells her they went to the department store, but didn't find the bodies of Tony or Susan. Later, the body of Susan is found in Gioia's car. In the evening, Gioia gets a call from Inspector Corsi telling her to stay away from Roberto. After the call, Roberto bangs on the window and tells her he has to talk to her. She runs into the street and Roberto is hit by a car and killed. Inspector Corsi tells Gioia that Roberto was the killer, but she doesn't believe him and Mark calls and asks her how it feels to be surrounded by death. She sells Pussycat magazine to Flora and when she gets home she finds a note from Evelyn telling her she quit. During the night, she finds a framed picture of herself broken and when she goes outside, she sees Tony's body floating in the pool. She hears the same weird voice from the department store, but this time the voice is eventually slowed down, revealing it to be Tony's. She runs outside and Tony grabs her. He tells her he killed all of the women because they were trying to take her place and then tells Gioia to get naked for him. As he threatens her, Tony is shot by Mark. Gioia wakes up in a hospital bed and Inspector Corsi tells her Tony is okay, but will have to use a wheelchair for the rest of his life. Mark rides in to her room with a bouquet of flowers and tells Gioia she is beautiful and asks if he can visit her. He then tells her never to forget him.
