Background
Jason is the son of Mr. Ted and Mrs. Courtney.
During the events of Avalanche (1978)
Jason is invited onto the ski lift by Mark Elliott. When the avalanche hits, Jason and Mark are stuck on the ski lift. When David Shelby and the fire department arrive, they place a life net underneath Jason and Mark. Jason jumps into the net first and is rescued. Mark is electrocuted when a spark goes across the ski lift cable and he falls to his death.
