Background
Callahan Kulozik is a police officer with the 14th Precinct in New York City.
During the events of Soylent Green (1973) played by Mike Henry
Kulozik is planning with other officers when Thorn enters the police department. As Thorn is leaving, Kulozik tells him that Hatcher put him on riot control duty. During riot control duty, Kulozik tells Thorn to get ready, because the people might riot when they find out the weekly Soylent Green supply has run out. Kulozik announces to the crowd that there is no more Soylent Green left and the crowd riots.
