Lieutenant Gorman
Background
S. Gorman is a Lieutenant in the Colonial Marines. He is fairly inexperienced with only one combat drop.
During the events of Aliens (1986) played by William Hope
Lieutenant Gorman and Burke go to Ripley's apartment to ask her to join them on their mission to Hadleys Hope to check on the colonists on LV426. Ripley initially refuses, but decides to join them. Gorman acts hard to his platoon members when he initially meets them, but once they arrive on surface, it becomes obvious that he doesn't exactly have the knowledge or experience to deal with the situation. When his platoon is getting slaughtered by the Xenomorphs, Gorman freezes and Ripley takes charge in trying to get any survivors out. As they are driving away from the processing plant, Gorman is knocked unconscious by overhead euqipment. He regains consciousness right before the survivors are attacked by a large group of Xenomorphs and Gorman dies when he goes back to help Private Vasquez and they blow up a grenade when they are surrounded by the xenomorphs.
