Lowlife is a thief in Los Angeles, California.
During the events of Hobgoblins (1988) played by David Teague
Daphne takes everyone's wallets for safe keeping and gives them to Kyle, who is quickly robbed by Lowlife. Lowlife goes into the club and watches Amy's act. Kevin and the others leave the club and Lowlife tells Amy he liked her show and Amy tells him to beat it.
