Mr. Collins is an official at the United States Embassy in Grosvenor Square in London, England.
During the events of An American Werewolf in London (1981) played by Frank Oz
David Kessler is woken up by Doctor Hirsch who is with Mr. Collins. Dr. Hirsch tells David that Jack Goodman is dead and Mr. Collins tells David that both his and Jack's parents have been notified of what happened. David demands to see Jack and after Alex Price gives David a sedative, Mr. Collins complains to Dr. Hirsch how the youth of today don't appreciate anything and leaves.
