The Chessman Park house is cleaned up and John Russell moves in. Mr. Tuttle tells John there is a man to deliver a water tank. As he is playing the piano, the door suddenly opens and when John asks Mr. Tuttle if there is anyone else at the home, Mr. Tuttle tells him no. Mr. Tuttle stops by and tells John it was just the furnace when he complains of banging noises.
