Opera Lady is a patient at the International Hydropathic Sanatorium in the South of France. She has compulsive paranoia.

Doctor takes Paul Berrigan on a tour and they stop and listen as Opera Lady sings and plays on the piano. She walks up to Paul and starts unbuttoning her dress before she is taken away by Doctor's Assistant. Opera Lady walks up to Paul again and he starts photographing her until Doctor stops him. Opera Lady and Doctor walk into the shower area and watch as Lisais performing oral sex on Paul.
