Background
Pedro is a representative from Mexico working at Santa Claus' castle in the clouds.
During the events of Santa Claus (1959) played by Cesareo Quezadas
Santa Claus has Pedro use a telescope to look for the good kids of Earth. They watch The Poor Girl Lupita as she at first steals a doll, but then returns it. Next they watch as The Rich Boy wishes that his parents would spend more time with him. As Santa is about to leave to drop off presents to the children of Earth, Pedro puts the book with the name of the good kids in his sack. Later when Santa is stuck up a tree calling for help, Pedro goes to get The Magician Merlin for help.
