Reverend Arthur Moseley is blind and the leader of an ecology people’s movement.
During the events of Hands of Steel (1986) played by Franco Fantasia
Moseley is in his bedroom when Paco Queruak enters. Moseley initially mistakes Paco for Thomas, but quickly realizes Paco is there to assassinate him. Paco strikes Moseley in the spleen and then escapes. Moseley is brought out into a stretcher and Inspector P Bakey is told he has a ruptured spleen. Days later Dr. Peckinpah and Bakey ask Moseley what he remembers about the weapon used against him. Moseley can’t give many details but mentions it seemed solid and hard.
