During the events of Def-Con 4 (1985) played by Hugh Orr
Gideon tells J.J. his plan to sail with himself, J.J. and Lacey to a survival station still intact. J.J. refuses his offer, and then she is ordered by Gideon to be taken away by a Squad Leader.
