The Executioner is an executioner for the Ministry of Magic.
During the events of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004) played by Peter Best
On the day of Buckbeak's execution, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger and Harry Potter see The Executioner sharpening his axe. When Cornelius Fudge and Albus Dumbledore arrive The Executioner follow them to Hagrid's shack. When they exit the shack, Buckbeak is missing and The Executioner chops a pumpkin in anger.
