Background
Vercingetorix is the leader of the Arverni Gaulic tribe and the King of all the Gauls.
During the events of Rome: Season 1 Episode 1 The Stolen Eagle played by Giovanni Calcagno
After losing the war against the Romans, Vercingetorix is forced to submit to Caesar.
During the events of Rome: Season 1 Episode 10 Triumph played by Giovanni Calcagno
Vercingetorix is pulled from his cell and brought before Cesar who tells the guards to clean him up for the Triumph. He is put in his battle attire and put on a wagon with a noose tied around his neck. Vercingetorix is then paraded in front of the Roman people until Caesar gives the command and then he is strangled to death in front of the crowd. His body is then unceremoniously dumped in the city dump until it is pulled out by Gauls and his body is burned in a pyre.
