WWN Newscaster says a U.S. tomahawk cruise missile with a nuclear warhead landed in Soviet territory, to which the U.S. Navy blames on Libyan or North African Defense Alliance hijackers who stole it from a vessel carrying 11 tomahawk cruise missiles.
