Background
Martin Blower is a solicitor in Sandford, Gloucester. He is a part time theater actor with the Sandford Dramatic Society. Martin is married, but having an affair with Eve Draper. George Merchant is one of his clients.
During the events of Hot Fuzz (2007) played by David Threlfall
As PC Danny Butterman and Nicholas Angel are on speed trap duty, a car speeds by and they pull over Martin and Eve. Martin tells Nicholas he was speeding due to being late for rehearsal for his homage play of Romeo and Juliet and gets flustered when Nicholas writes in his notepad everything he says. Nicholas and Danny watch as Martin and Eve do a loose adaption of Romeo and Juliet. After the play, Martin and Eve walk over and thank Nicholas for coming. Simon Skinner makes a comment about bashing Eve's head in and learning all sorts of secrets. George walks over to Martin and Eve and shoves Nicholas out of his way. As they are leaving, Martin apologizes to Nicholas and Danny for speeding. Later, as Martin and Eve are drinking champagne in his dressing room, they are attacked and killed by a hooded person with an ax.
