Background

Emergency Room Doctor is an ER doctor at the Institute in Highpointe County, Texas.

During the events of Silent Rage (1982) played by Joe Farago

Emergency Room Doctor shows Dan Stevens his x-ray and then explains to Charlie that the hospital also does research on molecular medicine. Later, John Kirby sees the Emergency Room Doctor and kills him.
