Background
Officer 2 is a police officer in Fairhope, Alabama.
During the events of Oculus (2013) played by Zak Jeffries
As Tim Russell is being arrested, Officer 1 asks Officer 2 to make sure that it was Tim that called 911, and Officer 2 confirms it was him and then he murdered Kaylie Russell and Michael Dumont.
