Diane Matthews is a member of Rhonda's Work-Out. She has been a customer for about a year. Diane is quiet.
During the events of Killer Workout (1987) played by Laurel Mock
Diane sees Jimmy watching the Aerobics Dancers and smiles at him. After class she walks up to him and asks him out on a date, but he rejects her. She goes home to her apartment and calls her answering service to check if she has any messages, but is sad when there are none. She hears Lieutenant Morgan banging on her door and is killed with a giant safety pin.
