"Whiteboy" Willie is an arms supplier in Louisiana.
During the events of Carnivorous (2008) played by Jason Thibeau
Willie and Mad Mogs Friend arrive to get weapons from Mohawk. Mohawk gives Willie a AT4. Willie and Mad Mogs Friend then drop off the AT4 to Nick and Mad Dog.
