Background
Briefing Officer is an officer for Medtech in the Provisional Government.
During the events of Hell Comes to Frogtown (1988) played by Lee Garlington
Sam Hell watches a pre-recorded briefing given by Briefing Officer that mentions that 18 months ago a group of Greeners ambushed the 7th Mobile Brigade and kidnapped a group of civilians.
