Captain is a captain in the United States Army.
During the events of Plan 9 from Outer Space (1959) played by Bill Ash
Colonel Edwards tells Captain (the military didn't always shoot at the flying saucers and that they tried to communicate with them first then the flying saucers attacked a small town and killed some people. Edwards and the Captain wonder what the flying saucers next move will be.
