Background
Pardon Clerk is a pardon clerk on Nassau on New Providence Island.
During the events of Black Sails: Season 3 Episode 4 XXII. played by Michael Kirch
Captain Benjamin Hornigold sees Mr. Scott waiting in line to receive his pardon from the Pardon Clerk and shakes his hand.
During the events of Black Sails: Season 3 Episode 5 XXIII. played by Michael Kirch
Featherstone receives his pardon from the Pardon Clerk.
