Scuttle is a member of the Main Force Patrol, officer number 1520, call sign March Hare. His partner is Sarse.
During the events of Mad Max (1979) played by George Novak
Scuttle and Sarse are chasing after the Nightrider and Nightrider's Girl after he broke out of prison and stole a cop car. They ask for backup and Roop and Charlie join in the pursuit. As they are chasing after Nightrider, they swerve to avoid Toddler and crash their vehicle.
