Background
Second Driver is a law enforcement officer for the state of Colorado.
During the events of Jack Frost (1997) played by Richard Whiten
Second Driver along with Driver and Guard are transporting Jack Frost to his execution during a snowstorm. They barely avoid hitting a truck being driven by Tanker Driver and both vehicles crash. Second Driver is killed in the crash.
