Background
Lt. Colonel Bellew is part of an American led NATO force stationed in London.
During the events of 28 Weeks Later (2007) played by Philip Bulcock
During a meeting with Stone, Scarlet, Senior Medical Officer and Military Officer, Scarlet angrily asks why she wasn't informed that kids were going to be brought to District 1. Stone asks her what she is worried about and she tells him that she is worried that the Rage Virus will return.
