Background

Valkos is a groundskeeper in Brewster, Massachusetts paid by the state. He used to be in a state mental hospital.

During the events of Ghosthouse (1988) played by Donald O'Brien

Valkos confronts Paul and Martha when they arrive at Henriett's house and calls them trespassers. He watches as Paul and Jim make a plan to stay the night and listen to the same signal. That night he goes into the basement and attacks Tina with a cleaver and then Mark when he helps Tina. He is choked unconscious by Paul, but manages to run away. He sees Paul talking to Mortician and then confronts and kills Mortician with a hammer after asking him what he told Paul. Valkos chases Martha into the cemetery and then into Henriett's family crypt. Afterwards Valkos hangs himself from a tree.
