Agent Manners

Agent Manners works for an undisclosed government agency.
During the events of Jack Frost (1997) played by Stephen Mendel
Agent Manners arrives at the scene of the crash between the vehicle taking Jack Frost to be executed. Manners interviews the Driver who tells him Jack Frost melted into the snow and then ran off. He is called by Sam and asked if Jack Frost was killed in the crash and Agent Manners lies and tells him Jack is dead. Agent Manners, along with Stone, arrive in Snomonton and join Sam in the investigation in the recent murders in Snomonton. After visiting the scene of the murders of Jake Metzner and Sally Metzner, he tells Sam to put a curfew on the populace of Snomonton and tells him he has men that will be arriving to help in the capture of the killer. After Jack Frost attacks Agent Manners, Sam, Frost, and Marla, Manners admits to Sam that Jack Frost is still alive and is the killer snowman. Manners helps trap Jack Frost in the boiler of the Fawn Lodge, but Jack escapes and kills Agent Manners by biting him in the face.
