Jack Frost
Background
Jack Frost is a serial killer. He avoided capture for five years through eleven states and killed 38 people before he was caught by Sam Tiler. After Jack was convicted and sentenced, he vowed revenge on Sam and the town of Snomonton.

Jack Frost is being transported to his execution Driver, Second Driver and Guard, when the vehicle they are driving in almost crashes with a tanker truck. Jack escapes and is about to attack the surviving Driver when the tanker explodes and sprays Jack with a chemical substance. Jack melts into the snow and then reforms as a snowman before escaping. Jack goes to the town of Snomonton and kills Old Man Harper, before he proceeds to kill Billy Metzner by pushing him in front of a sled, causing Billy's head to fly off. Jack then kills Jake Metzner by shoving an ax handle down his throat and Sally by choking her with Christmas lights. Deputy Pullman is killed by Jack when Jack reverses Deputy Pullman's car into him. Jack then kills both Jill Metzner and Tommy who had broken into Sam Tiler's house. He kills Tommy by impaling him in the head with an icicle and Jill by slamming her head into the bathroom wall until she dies. Jack goes to the police station where he attacks Sam, Agent Manners, Stone and Marla. They escape by setting a trap for him and Jack is forced to reform after the police station explodes. Jack follows Sam into the Fawn Lodge, where Jack is forced into the boiler. After escaping from the boiler by escaping as steam, Jack kills Agent Manners by biting him in the face. He then kills Stone by forcing himself into his body. After walking outside, Jack attacks Sam and Ryan Tiler, but is wounded when Sam shoves a bag of oatmeal mixed with anti-freeze into Jack's mouth. Jack chases Sam back into the Fawn Lodge and when he catches him he shoves an icicle into Sam's chest. Sam pushes Jack out a window and into the bed of truck filled with anti-freeze and Jack screams and melts away.
