Chief Legionary is the chief legionary in the service of Gaius Octavian.
During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 8 A Necessary Fiction played by Tim Faraday
Mark Antony approaches the home of Atia of the Julii and as the Head Lictor tells the soldiers in front of the house to make way, Chief Legionary blocks their way. When Atia comes out of the house, Chief Legionary initially blocks Mark Antony, but steps aside when Mark Antony threatens to use violence.
