During the events of Rome: Season 1 Episode 2 How Titus Pullo Brought Down the Republic played by John Boswall

At the senate meeting the Curial Magistrate calls on Scipio to speak. Scipio proposes a formal motion that Caesar must return to stand trial or he will be called a public enemy of Rome. A vote is taken and a majority agree to the proposal, before Mark Antony can veto the motion a brawl breaks out ending the meeting.

After there is no opposition to the legislature proposed by Publius Servilius, the Curial Magistrate ratifies the act requiring farm laborers to consist of at least 1/3rd free Roman citizens.

The Curial Magistrate calls the Senate to order and calls on Marcus Tullius Cicero to speak. Cicero puts forth that Caesar be made emperor of Rome for ten years and Marcus Junius Brutus seconds the motion. The Curial Magistrate then ratifies the motion, making Caesar emperor of Rome.
