Flora's Assistant is an assistant to Flora in Rome, Italy. She and Flora are in a relationship.

After Kim is murdered, Flora asks Flora's Assistant how many copies Pussycat magazine sold of the issue with Kim on the cover. Flora's Assistant tells her and then mentions that Sabrina is leaving their magazine for Gioia's. Later, Flora watches the only pornographic film that Gioia acted in and when her Assistant tries to turn it off, Flora tells her to leave it on.
