Background

Jocasta is the daughter of Rufus Tranquillus an owner of stone quarries and a citizen of Rome. She spent some time with her family in Macedonia. Jocasta is friends with Octavia of the Julii.

Jocasta is smoking marijuana with Octavia when Atia of the Julii walks in and asks to smoke some and then insults Jocasta after asking her what Macedonia is like.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 4 Testudo et Lepus (The Tortoise and the Hare) played by Camilla Rutherford

Jocasta and Octavia arrive at Octavia's home and hear screaming. They walk into another part of the house and see Duro being tortured by Timon and Saul, while Atia and Castor look on. Atia requests that Jocasta stay to be a witness to Duro's confession, but Jocasta vomits and leaves.

Jocasta and Posca go to the market and Posca tells Jocasta she can buy anything she wants. Jocasta and Posca arrive in Alexandria with Mark Antony.

Jocasta comes outside and says hello to Octavia and Atia and shortly afterwards, Posca comes outside and grabs Jocasta and rushes her away. Lucius finds Posca and Jocasta packing and allows them to leave after telling Posca to tell Titus to kiss his children for him. On Atia and Octavia's boat, Posca and Jocasta arrive and ask to sail with them.
