Meeks
Background
Meeks is the quartermaster of the Fancy in the West Indies.
During the events of Black Sails: Season 2 Episode 1 IX. played by Brendan Sean Murray
The Good Fortune sits still on the ocean as a pirate ships pulls up next to it. The pirate ships' crew throws ropes to the vessel and the pirates board and Ned Low and Meeks walk up to Captain Jefferson, who gives Ned the manifest of the ship and tells him that all the goods have been placed in neatly the cargo hold. Meeks shows Ned the manifest which lists Abigail Ashe as being on board. The Good Fortune's crew is slaughtered and Ned shoots Jefferson dead. Warehouse Cashier tells Meeks, who is with Mr. Holmes, how much money he will pay for the merchant goods. Eleanor Guthrie walks over and Meeks tells her that Warehouse Cashier is offering a lower rate, just because the barrels have blood on them and she tells him that she isn't going to cover the costs of the Fancy's crews screw ups.

Meeks speaks to Ned about confronting Eleanor. Meeks then goes to Eleanor and tells her that they secured a unique item of great value when they took the Good Fortune and tries to convince her to overthrow Ned. Later, Ned walks over to Meeks and accuses him of betrayal and cuts his head off.
