The Good Fortune sits still on the ocean as a pirate ships pulls up next to it. The pirate ships' crew throws ropes to the vessel and the pirates board and Ned Low and Meeks walk up to Captain Jefferson. The Good Fortune's crew is slaughtered and Ned shoots Jefferson dead. Abigail Ashe is carried onto the pirate ship and after its goods are taken, The Good Fortune is set on fire. Warehouse Cashier tells Meeks, who is with Mr. Holmes, how much money he will pay for the merchant goods. Eleanor Guthrie walks over and Meeks tells her that Warehouse Cashier is offering a lower rate, just because the barrels have blood on them and she tells him that she isn't going to cover the costs of the Fancy's crews screw ups.

Ned walks into Eleanor's bar with Holmes and some of his men. Ned walks over to Meeks and accuses him of betrayal. Eleanor and Captain Charles Vane hear yelling and go down to the bar where Ned is cutting off Meek's head with a knife. Eleanor tells Ned he is to leave the island. O'Malley puts a sword to Ned's throat and they start to fight. Ned slashes O'Malley in the stomach and puts his sword to the back of O'Malley's neck. Eleanor tells Ned to stop, but he kills O'Malley and tells Eleanor that he isn't leaving.

Vane's men sneak aboard Ned's ship and start killing the crew including Mr. Holmes.
