Background

Jay is an Army Ranger in the United States Military.

During the events of I Am Legend (2007) played by Darrell Foster

Jay and Military Escort escort Robert Neville as he picks up Zoe and Marley to leave New York City. He backs up Robert when Robert gets into a showdown with Military Police after Zoe fails a medical scan. After Zoe is scanned again, they head towards a Coast Guard helicopter. Jay, Robert and Coast Guard Ground Crew then watch as the helicopter flying Zoe, Marley and Military Escort out of New York City is destroyed after being hit by another helicopter.
