Rachel's Father was a resident of Illinois. His wife was Rachel's Mother and his daughter was Rachel. Rachel's Father became an addict during his service in the Vietnam War and committed suicide when Rachel caught his using heroin.
During the events of Flatliners (1990) played by Benjamin Mouton
After she Flatlines, Rachel has visions of her father, until she learns to cope and accept what happened.
