Rachel's Mother was a resident of Illinois. Her husband was Rachel's Father and her daughter was Rachel. Rachel's Mother blamed Rachel for Rachel's Father's suicide.
During the events of Flatliners (1990) played by Elinore O'Connell
After she Flatlines, Rachel has visions of the day Rachel's Father returned home from Vietnam and then committed suicide.
