Twins
Background
Twins are plainclothes officers working for the French police in Paris, France. One Twin is a master of kicks, while the other mostly relies on brute force.

The Twins and Richard are beating on a Chinese man when Liu Jian is introduced to Richard. When Jessica tells Richard where Liu Jian is, he leaves with the Twins. As Jessica and Liu Jian are at the orphanage to retrieve Isabel, they are ambushed by the Twins and Jessica is almost killed by them. When Liu Jian assaults the police station, the Twins wait in the room outside of Richard's office. One Twin is killed when Liu Jian grabs him and snaps his neck during a flip, and the other Twin is killed when Liu Jian smacks him in the ears with his glass covered hands and then kicks him in the neck.
