Anne Tiler is married to Sam and is the mother of Ryan Tiler.
During the events of Jack Frost (1997) played by Eileen Seeley
Anne is returning from a skiing trip with Sam and Ryan when they come across an accident. Anne notices Sam preoccupied with remembering Jack Frost and tells him that he doesn't have to think about him anymore as Jack is dead. Deputy Foster goes to get Anne Tiler when she returns home to get blankets.
