Evangeline is a member of the Organization in Los Angeles, California.
During the events of RoboWoman (2019) played by Brinke Stevens
Vivica Stevens is returned to Dr. Michaels' lab and Evangeline sees Vivica and Dr. Michaels tells her that he will be able to repair her and he wiped her memory. He then tells Vivica that they will have a mission for her in no time and Vivica rises from her hospital bed.
