Background
His full name is Vincent Rafelli, he is the don of the Carbozi family. Rafelli runs a shipping company while also shipping in drugs.
During the events of Black Dynamite (2009) played by Mike Starr
Rafelli is having a meeting with three potential recruits including Jimmy. When Rafelli tells the three one of them is not who they appear Jimmy goes for his gun and is shot dead by Rafelli's men. Once Black Dynamite starts investigating his brother's murder Rafelli orders Dino and Joey to kill Black Dynamite. He also orders a man wearing a Donut costume to shoot Gloria. Rafelli is killed when Black Dynamite uses a giant magnet suspended from a helicopter to lift Rafelli's car over a cliff and drop it.
