Background

Agrippa is a citizen of Rome. He is good friends with Gaius Octavian.


During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 3 These Being the Words of Marcus Tullius Cicero played by Allen Leech

Agrippa goes to Atia's home and after speaking with Octavia of the Julii he tells Atia of the Julii that Octavian offers his good wishes and hopes that Atia will keep her allegiances open. Atia refuses to give him a message for Octavian and sends Agrippa away.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 4 Testudo et Lepus (The Tortoise and the Hare) played by Allen Leech

Octavian and Agrippa return to their command tent where they are greeted by Gaius Maecenas who tells them the other Roman generals died of their wounds. Octavian then gives letters to Agrippa to bring to Rome, including one for Octavia and another for Marcus Tullius Cicero requesting a Triumph. Agrippa gives Octavia, Octavian's message and awkwardly expresses his feelings for Octavia, who avoids the issue. Agrippa hands the second letter to Cicero and tells him Octavian requests a Triumph and will be marching his army into Rome.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 5 Heroes of the Republic played by Allen Leech

While at an orgy with Gaius Maecenas, Agrippa sees Octavia with Jocasta. He then picks up a drugged Octavia and brings her home and tells Castor to wash her and put her into bed. Atia catches him leaving and Octavia tells Atia that Agrippa abducted her, but when Atia finds out Octavia was at an orgy she angrily yells at her and demands Agrippa not tell anyone. Agrippa promises not to tell anyone, because he loves Octavia. Later he witnesses as Cicero threatens Octavian and tells him that Marcus Junius Brutus and Cassius are on their way to Rome with their army.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 6 Philippi played by Allen Leech

Octavian gives a list of prominent Romans to be killed to Agrippa and tells him to give it to Lucius Vorenus to divide among the captains, but to kill Cicero himself. Later, Octavia approaches Agrippa, who tries to leave and he tells her he wants to avoid awkwardness and he knows he will never be able to marry her due to his lineage. He and Octavia have sex at an hourly hotel and he is late to formation. He then leaves with Octavian and Gaius Maecenas to Greece. During the Battle of Philippi, Agrippa joins the final cavalry charge with Mark Antony.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 7 Death Mask played by Allen Leech

Agrippa and Octavia continue their secret affair. Gaius Maecenas approaches a sad looking Agrippa at Octavia and Mark Antony's wedding and tells him he feels sorry for Atia, who he thought was only with Mark Antony for practical reasons and not that she loved him.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 8 A Necessary Fiction played by Allen Leech

Octavian introduces Livia to Atia, Octavia, Mark Antony and Agrippa. Octavian then accuses Octavia of betraying him and Agrippa admits to sleeping with Octavia. Atia surprises Octavia by sneaking Agrippa into their house and Agrippa tells Octavia that he cannot see her again, or betray Octavian. She then walks away after calling him a coward and tells Agrippa she is pregnant, but does not know who the father is.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 9 Deus Impeditio Esuritori Nullus (No God Can Stop a Hungry Man) played by Allen Leech

Titus Pullo goes to see Octavian and tells him the state of things in Aventine and how the people are starving. Gaius Maecenas suggests the people eat dogs, and Titus tells them there are no more dogs to eat. Agrippa suggests sending some of the military to Africa so that Lepidus will have to feed them and Octavian agrees and then tells Titus he will send some grain to him and asks Titus who the people blame for the famine and Titus tells Octavian that the people blame him and not Mark Antony. Octavian, Atia, Octavia, Livia, Agrippa and Gaius Maecenas have dinner and Octavian asks Octavia and Atia to go to Egypt to ask Mark Antony to send more grain.

During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 10 De Patre Vostro (About Your Father) played by Allen Leech

Agrippa defeats Mark Antony's navy at the Battle of Atium. Agrippa suggests that they lay siege to the palace in Alexandria. During Octavian's Triumph, Agrippa exchanges glances with Octavia.
