Dago and Louie are prisoners at Estabelecimento Prisional Masculino.
During the events of Riki-Oh The Story of Ricky (1991)
After killing Tarzan, Riki-Oh is put into a pit in the prison yard. The prisoners are ordered by the Warden to use shovels to bury Riki. Dago and Louie tell the other prisoners if they do then they will be doing the prison administration's dirty work. Dago and Louie are then shot dead by order of the Warden for refusing to bury Riki.
