The Warden
Background
The Warden is in charge of the Estabelecimento Prisional Masculino. He has a spoiled son. When he gets stressed he must use medication or he will transform into a monster. He is cruel to his prisoners and considers them to be slave labor.
During the events of Riki-Oh The Story of Ricky (1991) played by Ka-Kui Ho
The Warden returns from his trip to Hawaii and is told by the Assistant Warden that some prisoners have died and the poppy field has been destroyed. The Warden watches as Tarzan is crushed to death after coming to the aid of him when Riki-Oh attacks the Warden. He then orders Riki placed in a pit in the prison yard and has the prisoners fill the pit with dirt. The Warden has Riki dug up after a week and then has Riki placed in solitary confinement. As they Warden is doing an inspection of the cafeteria he orders the prisoners rations cut in half and then sticks a prisoners arm in the meat grinder when the prisoner complains. When the prisoners riot, the Warden shoots the Assistant Warden, who was being used as a shield by the prisoners and Brandon, who was trying to run away, with inflating bullets. The Warden sends his son away and then transforms into a monster to fight Riki. Riki kills the Warden by grinding him up in the meat grinder.
