Erastes Fulmen does building trades and fire insurance. He is married to Phyllis.

Erastes and Phyllis are the first guests to arrive at the party being held by Lucius Vorenus. Erastes offers to help Lucius if he ever needs anything.
During the events of Rome: Season 1 Episode 5 The Ram has Touched the Wall played by Lorcan Cranitch
Lucius goes to Erastes asking for help finding a loan, however Erastes tells him no. Erastes then offers Lucius a job as his personal bodyguard during business meetings and Lucius accepts. Erastes and his bodyguards go to the home of Tanjit. Erastes demands Tanjit pay him the money he owes, but Tanjit refuses as he says Erastes sold him skinny pigs that didn't know how to find truffles. Erastes has Lucius break Tanjit's arm and when Tanjit refuses to give him the money again, Erastes orders Lucius to kill Tanjit. Lucius refuses and walks away.
During the events of Rome: Season 1 Episode 9 Utica played by Lorcan Cranitch
Erastes goes to Lucius Vorenus' home after Lucius slaps Urbo and intervenes during Urbo and Pertinax' assault of Terrified Man. Erastes tells Lucius only he can correct his men and then tells the gathered crowd that Lucius has insulted him twice now and that he must either kiss his feet during the next market day, or Erastes will kill Lucius after his family is murdered and raped in front of him. When Lucius fails to show up at the market, Erastes goes with his entourage to Lucius' home, but is turned away by a group of legionaries who are waiting outside Lucius' home.
During the events of Rome: Season 1 Episode 10 Triumph played by Lorcan Cranitch
Erastes approaches Titus Pullo and offers him a job working for him.
During the events of Rome: Season 1 Episode 11 The Spoils played by Lorcan Cranitch
Erastes, Pertinax and Urbo are sitting at a table when Titus Pullo comes up to Erastes and asks him for more work. Erastes criticizes Titus' discretion while killing and tells Titus to come back tomorrow and Urbo will tell him who his next target is. Posca goes up to Erastes and tells him not to hire veterans to perform murders anymore after paying him.
During the events of Rome: Season 2 Episode 1 Passover played by Lorcan Cranitch
Erastes Fulmen and a few of his men show up at Lucius' home and kidnaps everyone still there. Triolus describes Caesar's funeral to Erastes and his men, and Erastes comments about the lack of dignity of Mark Antony. Later Erastes is complaining about slaves and foreigners causing problems and Rome should be for Romans, when he hears a commotion. Lucius walks into the room covered in blood and asks for his children. Erastes runs upstairs and finds Titus surrounded by the bodies of Erastes' men. Erastes realizing he is a dead man tells Lucius he raped and murdered his children and Lucius cuts off Erastes' head.
