Background
Freddie is a prisoner at Estabelecimento Prisional Masculino.
During the events of Riki-Oh The Story of Ricky (1991)
After Riki-Oh is pulled from the prison yard pit he is placed in solitary confinement. Freddie visits him and gives him a bowl of rice with a message to stay strong. Samuel's goon tells the Assistant Warden and Freddie is dragged screaming from his prison and brought to Riki's cell. Riki breaks out of his cell and comforts a dying Freddie and then proceeds to start a riot.
